1 General Terms

This document forms a legal agreement between the bb44 platform and all its users. "bb44", "platform", "we" or "site" refers to bb44-casino.cam and all services operated under it. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to anyone who has registered on or is using this platform.

Accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform means you have given your full consent to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Conditions

• A person may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts with a single mobile number or email address is prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is not permitted.
• The member must be a citizen of Bangladesh or a resident living in Bangladesh.

2.3 Identity Verification

bb44 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, or address at any time. A national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. bb44 bears no responsibility if login details are shared with a third party or if unauthorized access to the account is allowed. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any information changes after registration (such as mobile number or email), the member must update it in the account without delay. bb44 will not be responsible for any issues with transactions or communications arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Self-Exclusion

A member who wishes to temporarily or permanently close their account may contact the support team. Self-exclusion is available in accordance with the Responsible Gaming guidelines. Attempting to open a new account while an exclusion is active will be considered a breach of these terms.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Accepted methods for depositing funds at bb44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Winnings may be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

4.3 General Rules for Deposits and Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are preferably made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to a third-party account or in another person's name are not permitted.
• If suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, bb44 may request additional documents for verification.
• Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bb44 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

The following general rules apply to all promotional offers:

• Multiple bonus offers may not be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If the specified wagering requirement for a bonus is not met, winnings earned from that bonus cannot be withdrawn.
• Each bonus has its own validity period and terms, which are listed on the relevant offer page.
• bb44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent or irregular means may result in account termination.

5.3 VIP Program

bb44's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier earns a greater rate of weekly cashback. Cashback is given as a percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). VIP benefits apply only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Participation in Games

All slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting services available at bb44 are operated under specific rules. Each game's own rules are visible on screen after the game launches. The rules of software providers operating the games (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe) apply in line with bb44's terms.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, bb44 will attempt to refund the bet amount where applicable. However, winnings arising from an error cannot be claimed. The game server record will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. If any selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, that selection's odds are counted as 1.00 and the remaining selections are settled accordingly. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Gaining an advantage by opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using any software tool, bot, or automated method on the gaming or betting system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Collaborating with other members to influence the outcome of games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to bb44's systems or carrying out cyber attacks.
• Conducting transactions using fake or stolen payment methods.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bb44's Rights

bb44 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• As required to meet legal obligations.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

A member who wishes to close their account must notify the support team in writing. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all funds due to them through the designated method before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

bb44 provides services in accordance with reasonable technical standards, but accepts no financial liability for the following:

• Losses caused by disruption to internet connectivity or third-party services.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or unauthorized use.
• Indirect losses, such as loss of business opportunity.
• Data loss due to unforeseen technical reasons.

Gaming and betting inherently carry financial risk. bb44 is not responsible for the outcome of any individual game. The member is solely responsible for their own decisions regarding play.
